Our Tips

For Moms-To-Be

  • Swollen feet and ankles are tough to avoid during pregnancy. Make sure to put your feet up whenever possible. Take plenty of breaks if you do a lot of walking.
  • Take a nap. Some moms-to-be feel nauseated when they’re feeling tired. Be sure to rest when you can.
  • Drink plenty of water. It is important for you and your baby to get plenty of fluids throughout the day. It will help keep you and your baby hydrated.
  • Get a massage! Things are always about your baby. Take the time right now to make things about you. Pamper yourself with a relaxing 90 minute massage. You deserve it, momma.
